Applewood Smoked Cod & Potato Chowder Recipe

  1. Place cod in a pan with aromatics such as garlic, pepper, bay leaf, and parsley. Pour 4 cups of milk over and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, fry some bacon in a pan until crisp.
