  1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Fold in chopped smoked mussels and chives.
  3. Serve with crackers or crostini for a perfect appetizer.
