Calling all foodies! As a team of self-proclaimed foodies, we love nothing more than being creative in the kitchen. But we also understand that not everyone has the time or inclination to experiment as a seafood artisan. That’s where Dunstan Smokehouse comes in.

We work with local producers and artisans to bring you the best of what Maine and New England has to offer. Whether it’s our smoked cherry salmon or our smoked maple seafood, we only use the finest, responsibly sourced ingredients and smoke them with care.

A Scarborough native who’s lived here his whole life, Sam joined the Pine Tree Seafood team just before July 4th, 2016 - and never looked back. When he’s not here, you’ll find him scaling rock faces in New Hampshire, shredding a mountain, or out on the golf course. The guy doesn’t sit still.

He came for the crew, tried the product, and the rest was easy. Now he’s a proud part owner of Dunstan Smokehouse - and he’s helping shape what it’s becoming.

His order? Smoked char, no contest. Garlic olive oil mussels close behind.

He started at @pinetreeseafood for a summer job after friends said it was a good crew. He’s still part of the Pine Tree team - and today he also has a stake in Dunstan Smokehouse.

Kane’s always been interested in how food works - from the science behind it to where it’s sourced. He eats plenty of smoked salmon himself and likes being part of the process that turns quality fish into something worth sharing.

Favorite fish? Bluefin toro.

The Cold Smoked Salmon Power Bowl

This is what we make when we want something quick, fresh, and filling.

You only need:
• Cooked brown rice
• Dunstan Atlantic Nova cold smoked lox
• Cucumber, sliced
• Carrots, julienned
• Green onions
• Sesame seeds
• Tamari or soy sauce

Directions:
1. Add warm rice to a bowl.
2. Top with Atlantic Nova lox.
3. Add cucumbers, carrots, and green onions.
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5. Drizzle with tamari.
6. Mix and eat.

That’s it.

High protein. Zero stress.
